Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CoHost Bot (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

CoHost Bot is an AI assistant that helps short-term-rental hosts communicate with guests, coordinate cleaning, and review performance. You connect your property-management account and choose how much the assistant does on your behalf.

You stay in control

The Service operates on a trust ladder — from previewing drafts, to approving each message before it sends, to sending routine low-risk messages on its own once you enable that. You choose the level. You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing facts you provide and for your own guest relationships.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful short-term-rental operations you are authorized to run.
• Do not use it to send spam, harass guests, or violate any platform's rules (including Airbnb's).
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is," without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. On termination we delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
