Privacy Policy

CoHost Bot ("we", "us") provides an AI co-host service for short-term-rental hosts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who this covers

Our customer is the host who signs up. In the course of running a host's listing we also process messages from their guests. Guests are not our customers; we handle their data on the host's behalf to deliver the service.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share one host's raw guest or listing data with another host.

Where it lives

Data is stored on our infrastructure and with the processors we rely on to run the service (hosting, the property-management API, the messaging channel, and the AI model provider that generates drafts). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Retention

We keep data for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. A host can request deletion of their account data at any time.

Your choices

Hosts can access, correct, export, or delete their data by emailing us. We respond to reasonable requests promptly.
